Our most common membership. This is for the athlete committed to coming into the gym 3-4 times per week. All workouts are done in a group setting and supervised by one of our experienced trainers. *This membership includes access to the Diamond Club. $425/monthly
Our Day Pass is intended for the athlete who can't commit to a monthly membership.
*This pass does not include access to The Diamond Club $50/drop-in rate
The Distance Membership is intended for athletes 12+ who are unable to come to the gym but would like to follow our program at home or on the road. Members receive exclusive RFS app access with written strength program and on-demand workouts.
$250/monthly
The Hybrid Membership is intended for the athlete who can't make it in to the gym consistently. Hybrid Members receive the benefits of the distance training program along with one in-person group workout and one visit to the Diamond Club weekly. $350/monthly.
Josh Reidt is available to design strength programs for teams near and far. Programs are created based on the team's unique needs and equipment availability. The Diamond Club facility is also available for private team rental. Send us a message to learn more.
