Our most common membership. Designed for the athlete committed to working out 3-4x/week. All workouts are done in a group setting and supervised by one of our trainers.
$425/monthly
We are now offering a youth class especially for athletes ages 10-13 Workouts are done in a closely supervised group setting Monday/Wednesday at 4:00.
$300/monthly
The Day Pass is intended for the athlete who can't commit to a monthly membership.
$50/drop-in rate
The Distance Membership is intended for athletes 12+ who are unable to come to the gym but would like to follow our program at home or on the road. Members receive exclusive RFS app access with written strength program and on-demand workouts.
$250/monthly
The Hybrid Membership is intended for the athlete who can't make it in to the gym consistently but wants to follow our program. Hybrid Members receive the benefits of the distance training program along with one in-person group workout.
$350/monthly.
Josh Reidt is available for one time consultations or long term program design for teams near and far. Specialized strength programs are created based on each team's unique needs and equipment availability. Among many others, Josh has designed programs for the baseball programs at the University of Michigan and University of San Francisco.
