The In-Person Membership is for the athlete committed to coming into the gym 3-4 times per week. All workouts are done in a group setting and supervised by one of our experienced trainers. $375/monthly
The Day Pass is intended for people who have already utilized their free trial session and do not want to commit to a monthly membership. If you you need a drop-in pass, this is for you. $50/drop-in rate
The Distance Membership is intended for athletes 12+ who are unable to come to the gym and would like to follow our program at home or on the road. Members receive exclusive RFS app access with written strength program and on-demand workouts.
The Hybrid Membership is intended for the athlete who can't make it in to the gym consistently. Hybrid Members receive the benefits of the distance training program along with one in-person group workout weekly. $300/monthly.
Josh is available to design individualized strength programs for teams near and far. Programs are created based on the teams unique needs and equipment availability.
