Our programming is designed for the serious athlete who wants to improve their performance and unlock their true potential. The in-person program is appropriate for athletes ages 10+. We require athletes to be at least 12 years old to participate in the distance or hybrid program for safety purposes.
All of our training is done in a group setting and overseen by one of our trainers. We find that our athletes push and motivate each other to work harder and get better in this environment.
This isn't your run of the mill gym. Our outside the box programming is backed by science and isn't found in other gyms. We pride ourselves on teaching 3-dimensional athleticism while promoting equal parts strength and mobility training.

Please see our current hours on the CONTACT US page. All workouts are done on a drop-in basis during the listed business hours. We do not hold formal "classes"; however, our staff is always in the gym to guide as needed and all athletes are working on the same workout progression, just at their own pace.
Most of the equipment needed can be found in your typical weight room or gym (barbell and weights, squat rack, cable machine, etc). Additionally, you will need access to a TRX band, sled, rope, handheld fitness balls, and sliders. We can provide resources on where to purchase these items (and occasional discount codes) if needed.
Video access is only available to active distance and hybrid members. The easiest way to view the videos is on the Reidt Fitness Systems app. You can also view them in your online account or temporarily on our website under Distance Program.
